Before there were tears as she so badly wanted the bear...
Her grandmother snuck back and bought it for her and gave it to her that evening.
Afterward there was much happiness as she recognised the bear would be her best friend and confidante throughout her childhood years...

ReplyDeleteFor this illustration I used my little girl as inspiration as she has a special toy that goes everywhere with her and there is a special kind of love and security that comes with that close bond.
